About the research
Abstract: Phase II of this project involved detailed research into the safety and traffic flow impacts of specific access management case studies in Iowa. The effect of controlling access on local business was also evaluated for selected case studies. This business vitality case study is one of the first of its kind ever conducted in the United States and Canada.
