About the PGA

Mission

The mission of the PGA is to increase highway performance in a cost-effective manner by developing and implementing methods, materials, and technologies to solve highway construction problems in a continuing and sustainable manner.

Vision

The vision of the PGA is to become a recognized resource center and leader for research, technology transfer, and education in geotechnical-related topics.

PGA Committee

The PGA Committee provides general direction and guidance to the PGA. The committee acts on recommendations and requests brought to the committee by PGA staff and stakeholders.
