This whitetopping project was constructed in 1999. Four sections were constructed: a 6 inch with fibers, a 6 inch without fibers, a 5 inch with fibers and a 3 inch ultra-thin with fibers. The ultra-thin section is starting to break up and longitudinal cracking is occuring in the middle of the lane in parts of the 5 and 6 inch sections.
