- required statements (liability statement, rate agreement, disclosure statement)
- required tables (level of effort, % time commitments, etc.); you give her the info, she’ll create the table
- collecting and editing team members’ qualifications, accomplishments, resumes
- combining all sections into one coherent proposal that meets NCHRP requirements
- copying and sending required no. of copies to NCHRP, plus team members

- Polish writing to be clear, concise, and grammatically correct (avoid “negative credibility”!)
