Registration Information

Online registration for ICWIM3 will be available through NATMEC's web site beginning January 1, 2002. To submit your conference registration by mail or fax, download this form (pdf file).

Space is limited. Registration for ICWIM3 will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis.

Hotel reservations must be made separately with the Rosen Plaza and may be made online at www.rosenplaza.com. Make your reservation by April 21 to ensure the group rate (use attendee code #4095).

Parallel Exhibition

An exhibition of WIM sensors, systems, posters, and software, etc., will be held in conjunction with the conference. 

 

Conference Languages

The official languages of the conference will be English, French, and Spanish. Simultaneous translation will be provided during technical sessions and panel discussions. (Final papers and posters must be provided in English with abstracts in all three languages.)

 

Proceedings

A proceedings of all papers will be published and provided at the conference. Authors will be asked to supply digital versions of their papers for publication in the proceedings. 

A post-proceedings will also be published on a CD jointly with the NATMEC proceedings, including summaries of the technical sessions and discussions and of the panel discussions.

Authors of accepted papers may, if they wish, provide translations of their papers in French and/or Spanish for publication in a separate proceedings and/or on the final CD. However, English is the only required language for the papers.

 

Venue

One of the most popular vacation spots in the USA, the city of Orlando, Florida (see http://www.orlando.com/ or http://www.go2orlando.com/), is home to Disney World's famous EPCOT Center, MGM Studios, and Magic Kingdom. Other Orlando attractions include Sea World, Universal Studios, Cypress Gardens, and dozens of other parks and natural wonders. The area boasts museums and science centers, elegant dining spots, lush golf courses, and a carefree nightlife. A short drive takes visitors to the Atlantic coast and the Kennedy Space Center.

Adjacent to one of the country's largest convention centers, the award-winning Rosen Plaza Hotel is 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
