Site Variables

After identifying the location of the site and receiving the traffic and geometric data for the location, the next item is to determine the appropriate variables for the development. This information can include items such as: number of employees, size of the building, number of units and square footage. This information should be available from the developers of the site and detailed construction plans should be provided to the individuals performing the site imapct analysis.
