About the research
Research objective: In Phase I of this project, the research team will assist one or more Iowa DOT Districts in developing additional 28-E intergovernmental corridor management agreements such as the one that was prepared and put in place in the US 6 highway corridor to the west of Des Moines. An agreement template and guide will be prepared. The guide will cover tools for developing actual agreements and will consider steps needed to implement successful corridor management agreements.
