About the research
Research objective: In recent years, several additional states have contracted with CTRE to have the incident location tool software configured as the geographic location component for the Traffic and Criminal Software development and deployments underway in each respective jurisdiction. The adoption of the location tool software inevitably precipitated requrests by client jurisdictions for behavioral modifications, additional enhancements, and technical support via telephone conversations or e-mail.
